    List of Ingredients

    1 c finely chopped onions (about 1 lrg)
    1/4 c Kraft Light Done Right! zesty italian reduced fat dressing
    2 lbs extra lean ground beef
    3/4 c ketchup, divided
    1 pkg (6 oz) Stove Top stuffing mix for chicken
    1 c water
    2 egg whites
    1/2 c Kraft 2% milk shredded reduced fat sharp cheddar cheese

    Recipe

    Preheat oven to 375*F. Cook onions in dressing in large nonstick skillet on med. heat 8-10 mins. or until golden brown, stirring frequently. Remove from heat; cool slightly. Combine meat, 1/4 c of the ketchup, the stuffing mix, water, egg whites onion; mix well. Place meat mixture in 9x13-in baking dish; shape into 10x5-in oval loaf. Spread with remaining 1/2 c ketchup. Bake 55 mins. to 1 hour or until cooked through (160*F). Sprinkle with cheese; bake 2 mins. or until cheese is melted.
