"Barbecued" Chicken

4 boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves
1 (16 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1 (12 oz) can diet cola
1 sm onion, finely chopped
1 TBS chili powder
2 tsp minced garlic
1 TBS ground cumin
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Mix all ingredients in a large skillet or dutch oven and cook over med heat until chicken is done (about 45 mins). The sauce thickens into a tangy, sweet sauce.
