Chocolate-Cinnamon Quesadillas

2 TBS semisweet chocolate, grated or chopped (about 3/4 oz)
1 TBS sugar
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
2 med flour tortillas, 6in, plain or whole wheat
1 tsp powdered sugarRecipe
Sprinkle 1 TBS of chocolate, 1/2 TBS of sugar and 1/4 tsp of cinnamon over half of each tortilla. Fold tortillas in half to cover ingredients. Set quesadillas in a dry skillet and cook over med heat until speckled with brown spots on both sides, about 2 mins per side. Sprinkle each with 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar; serve.
