1/2 c nonfat mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c light sour cream
1 c cooked crabmeat or surimi
1 tsp dried dillweed
2 tsp finely chopped onion or green onion
1/2 tsp finely shredded lime peel
1 tsp lime juice
dash tabasco sauce
Recipe
Combine all ingredients and season with salt and pepper to taste. Chill for 2 hours or overnight. Makes about 1 1/2c, or 6 servings, 1/4 c each.
