    1 c nonfat milk
    2 c unsweetened frozen cherries
    2 c frozen raspberries
    2 c frozen lowfat vanilla yogurt
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    2 c ice

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Pour into 4 glasses to serve.
