2 piece mint leaves, stems removed and discarded
1/3 c fresh lemon juice
2 TBS sugar
1 1/2 c club soda
2/3 c sorbet, lemon
2 piece mint leaves, for garnishRecipe
Combine 2 mint leaves, lemon juice, sugar, and 1/2 c of club soda in a blender; blend until mint is minced.
Divide between 2 tall glasses. Add 1/3 c of sorbet to each glass and top each with 1/2 c of club soda. Garnish with fresh mint and serve.
