1 lbs summer squash or zucchini
1/2 lrg onion
1/2 tsp dried oragano
1/2 tsp dried basil
6 oz Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Natural Cheese Sharp Cheddar Cheese

Preheat oven to 325*F. Steam squash and onion about 15 mins. in 1 in of water or in a steamer. Meanwhile, beat eggs and cheese together with spices. Mash squash and onions and add to egg mixture. Place in a sprayed casserole or baking dish for 30-40 mins.
