List of Ingredients
1/4 c water
1/8 c white wine
1/4 medium onion
1 TBS fresh lemon juice or 2 lemon slices
1 Tsp lemon pepper seasoning
sea salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1/2 tsp fresh dill or 1/4 tsp dried dill weed
1/4 TBS fresh parsley or 1/8 TBS dried parsley
1 6oz salmon fillet or 7.5oz salmon steak
Recipe
Combine water, wine, onion, lemon, dill, parsley, and spices in a skillet. Bring to a boil, then cover and let simmer 6-8 minutes. Add salmon and continue to simmer covered approx. 3 minutes on each side or until fish is fully cooked and flakes.
