10 med shrimp
1 c cooked whole wheat pasta
1 TBS packed brown sugar
1 TBS Light Buttery Stick Margarine
2 TBS sweet red pepper
1 tsp seafood seasoning
1 tsp fresh lemon juice
1/2 c canned unsweetened pineapple chunks
Recipe
Melt margerine over med low heat. Add brown sugar, red pepper, lemon juice, and pineapple. Simmer 1 min. Add shrimp and seafood seasoning. Cook until shrimp is pink. Toss with cooked pasta.
