    44 squares honey graham crahers, finely crushed (about 3 c crumbs)
    1/4 c sugar
    2 tsp baking powder
    1 c skim milk
    1/4 c fat-free egg substitute
    2 TBS honey

    Recipe



    Mix crumbs, sugar and baking powder in med. bowl. Stir in milk, egg, and honey just until moistened. Spoon batter into 9 greased 2 1/2-inch muffin-pan cups. Bake at 400*F for 15-18 mins. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 mins.; remove from pan.
