1 1/4c flour
1/4c brown sugar
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
17oz raspberries, canned
1c bran
1 egg white
1c nonfat buttermilk
Recipe
Heat oven to 400*F. Mix dry ingredients. Add moist, fold in until flour is moistened. Pour into 16 nonstick muffin cups. Bake 15-20 minutes.
