    1 1/2 c whole wheat self-rising flour
    4 TBS reduced-calorie margarine, soft
    2 c ready-to-eat crisp rice cereal
    2/3 c unpacked brown sugar
    1 1/2 c raspberries
    2 lrg eggs, lightly beaten
    2/3 c buttermilk

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 400*F. Coat a 12-in muffin tin with cooking spray. Place flour in a bowl and rub in margarine. Stir in 1/2 c of sugar, 1 1/3 c of cereal and 1 c of raspberries. Combine eggs and milk; stir into flour mixture. Pour mixture into prepared tin. Sprinkle with remaining raspberries, cereal and sugar. Bake 25 mins. Let stand 5 mins before flipping onto wire rack to cool.



    Note: If you cannot find whole wheat self-rising flour, mix together 1 1/2 c of whole wheat flour with 2 1/4 tsp of baking powder and 1/2 tsp salt.
