List of Ingredients
6 Baja low-fat corn tortillas (6 in.)
1 (2 servings)pkg Morningstar Farms Burger style crumbles(thawed)
3/4 c Prince Pizza Sauce
1 small (4 oz) can of mushroom slices
3 oz Kraft Free shredded mozzarella
1 med. bell pepper
1 med. onionRecipe
Preheat oven to 350*F. Moiten 2 papper towels, place 2 stacks of tortillas on one end, and fold the rest over the top. Microwave for 35-40 seconds. Place the warm, softened tortillas over an inverted Texas muffin tin or custard ramekins. Bake for 10-12 mins. Slice and saute the onion and pepper while the tortillas are turning into pizza shells. Remove the shells and spread 1 TBS of sauce in each one. Next, layer the crumbles, onion, pepper and mushroom into each shell. Top each one with an additional TBS of sauce. Sprinkle 1/2 oz of shredded cheese on each pizza. Return them to the oven and bake for 10-12 mins. or until heated through and the cheese is melted.
