1 med. size fat-free torilla
1 1/2 tsp tomato sauce
1 1/2 oz cooked chicken breast
1 tsp parmesan or romano cheese
your fav. veggiesRecipe
Preheat oven to 350*F. On cookie sheet, spread sauce on tortilla, next sprinkel on your cheese, place the cooked chicken breast on top, then add all your fav veggies. Put it in the oven and let it cook for 5-10 mins.(the longer you leave it in the crispier it gets).
