Core/Flex Asparagus Casserole Dinner

List of Ingredients
8 redskin potatoes
1 lbs fresh mushroom, thinly sliced
1/2 lbs lean ham
1 pkg Butter Buds, dry
8 oz fat free cheddar cheese
2 (15 oz) cans long stem asparagusRecipe
Microwave the potatoes until cooked.(It only takes a few mins. Potatoes are tender when done). While the potatoes are cooking, spray large skillet with a nonstick cooking spray. Saute mushrooms, ham, and Butter Buds. Cut cooked potatoes into 1/3in slices. Spray a 9x13in pan with nonstick cooking spray. Arrange sliced cooked potatoes in bottom of pan. Spread sauteed mushrooms and ham over potatoes. Arrange asparagus spears in strips. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and broil for 3-5 mins. or until cheese is golden brown and hot.
