    List of Ingredients




    2 med potatoes, peeled, cut into chunks
    1 c bite-size cauliflower florets
    1/4 c Kraft light ranch reduced fat dresing

    Recipe



    Place potatoes and cauliflower in lrg saucepan. Add enough water to completely cover vegetables. Bring to boil on med-high heat. Reduce heat to med-low; simmer 20 mins or until vegetables are tender. Drain vegetable mixture, leaving vegetable in pan. Add dressing; mash until vegetable mixture is light and fluffy.
