1 can (14 1/2 oz) stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 TBS oil
1 pkg (6 oz) Oscar Mayer thin sliced smoked ham, finely chopped
1 lrg green onions, finely sliced
2 celery stalks, chopped
4 green onions, sliced
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 c instant white rice, uncooked
1 TBS hot pepper sauce
Recipe
Drain tomatoes, reserving liquid. Add enough water to the reserved liquid to measure 2 c: set aside. Heat oil in lrg skillet on med-high heat. Add ham, green pepper, celery, onions and garli; cook and stir until vegetables are tender. Stir intomatoes and the reserved liquid. Bring to boil. Stir in rice and hot pepper sauce; cover. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 mins or until liquid is aborbed. Stir before serving.
