1 can (15.75 oz) low-sodium chicken broth
1 can (4 oz) sliced mushrooms, drained
1 TBS butter or margarine (opt)
1/2 tsp dried basil leaves
1/4 tsp garlic powder
3 c instant brown rice, uncooked
1/3 c Kraft 100% grated parmesan cheeseRecipe
Bring broth, 3/4 c water, mushrooms, butter and seasoning to boil in med saucepan. Stir in rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 mins. Remove from heat. Let stand 5 mins. Stir in parmesan cheese.
