1/3 c nonfat buttermilk
1/3 c nonfat cottage cheese
1/3 c freshly grated parmesan cheese
4 tsp white wine vinegar
1 sm clove garlic, minced
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
Combine everything expect pepper in food processor and blend until smooth. Stir in pepper. Dressing is best if used within a few days, so you may wish to reduce the recipe.
