1 TBS country crock
3/4 TBS flour
1 c fat-free milk
1 oz fat-free cream cheese
3/4 tsp granulated garlic
3 TBS parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp black pepper
salt to tasteRecipe
In a small sauce pan melt margarine on low heat. Then mix in the flour, when totally mixed, add the milk and cream cheese, stir constantly so not to scorch. Once the cream cheese has melted and is hot, the sauce needs to be seasoned with salt to your liking. Remember to stir constantly, then add pepper, garlic, and parmesan cheese, stir together well and remove from heat. The sauce should be creamy and not to thick.
