    List of Ingredients




    1 lb ripe tomatoes, preferably plum, cored and finely chopped
    4 med. garlic cloves, smashed, peeled and minced
    2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and finely chopped
    3 TBS yellow onion, finely chopped
    2 TBS fresh lime juice
    1 tsp salt, kosher preferred or otherwise
    freshly ground black pepper, to taste

    Recipe



    Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix until well combined. Allow to stand at room temp. about 30 mins.; taste and ajust seasonings, if needed. For best results, chop ingredients by hand and do not use a food processor.
