1 c onion
2 TBS sherry cooking spray
14 oz fat-free beef broth
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
1 english muffin, any type
2 TBS grated parmesan cheeseRecipe
Chop onion. Saute in cooking wine about 5 min. Add a few sprays cooking spray if necessaary. Add beef broth and worcestershire sauce. Simmer for 10 min. Meanwhile, toast each half of english muffin and place in bottom of each of two bowls. Pour 1 c soup over each mnffin half. Top each with parmesan cheese.
