List of Ingredients
3/4 lbs turkey italian sausage
1 can (15oz) crushed tomatoes
1 can (15oz) garbanza beans
2 1/4 c water
2 cans chicken broth
1 c mushrooms
1 carrot, diced
oregano to taste
garlic to taste
pepper
1 large or two small zucchini
6 oz tri-colored pasta
parmesan cheese
Recipe
Brown sausage in non-stick pan and move to stock pot. Add all but the zucchini and simmer for 20 min. Add zucchini and pasta and simmer for 10 min.
