2 tsp olive oil
4 garlic cloves, minced
2 c sliced shiitake or white button mushrooms
2/3 c chicken or vegetable broth
2 c sliced mushrooms
1/4 c canned cruched tomatoes
1/4 tsp dried marjoram leaves
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp freshly ground black pepper
2 TBS chopped fresh basilRecipe
In lrg nonstick skillet heat oil; add garlic. Cook over med heat, stirring frequently, 1 min. Add shiitake mushrooms and broth; cook, covered, 3 mins. Stir in mushrooms; cook, covered, 4 mins, until mushrooms are almost tender. Stir in tomatoes, marjoram, salt and pepper; cook 4 mins. Stir in basil ans serve.
