Tortellini Tomato Soup

List of Ingredients
2 tsp olive oil
1 1/4 c chopped onion, about 1med
2 garlic cloves, minced
2 (14 oz) cans fat-free, less sodium chicken broth
1 (28 oz) can crushed tomatoes
1/2 c water
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp pepper
1 (9 oz) pkg refrigerated three cheese tortellini
1/4 c (1oz) preshredded fresh Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Heat oil in a Dutch oven over med-high heat. Add onion, saute 5 mins or until tender. Add garlic; saute 1 min. Add broth and next 5 ingredients. Bring to a boil, cover, reduce heat, simmer 10mins. Add tortellini; simmer, uncove red 5-7 mins or until pasta is tender. Ladle soup into bowls. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
