    Spicy Broccoli

    List of Ingredients

    1 head broccoli, trimmed and cut into spears
    2 TBS vegetable oil
    1 tsp hot crushed red pepper flakes
    4 garlic cloves, chopped

    Recipe

    Simmer broccoli covered in 1 inch of water for 5 to 7 minutes, or until tender. Drain broccoli and return to skillet on high heat. Add oil, crushed pepper and garlic. Turn broccoli in spicy oil and season with salt.
