List of Ingredients
1/2 lb whole button or cremini mushrooms
1 1/2 c baby carrots
1 med. onion, peeled, cut into 1/2-in-thick wedges
1 lrg. yellow, red or green bell pepper, cut into 8 strips
1/3 c Kraft light zesty italian reduced fat dressing
1/3 c Kraft 100% grated parmesan cheese, dividedRecipe
Preheat oven 450*F. Line 15x10x1-in baking pan with foil; spray with cooking spray. Set aside. Toss vegetables with dressing and 1/4 c of the cheese; spread into prepared pan. Bake 28-30 mins. or until vegetables are tender, stirring after 15 mins. Sprinkle with remaining cheese.
