    List of Ingredients


    • small french bread
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 cups sugar
    • 1 T vanilla extract
    • 1 cup golden raisins
    • 1 stick butter
    • 1 can evaporated milk (12 oz)


    Instructions


    1. beat eggs,milk,butter and vanilla.
    2. add sugar
    3. add raisins
    4. dice bread and add to mixture
      let soak for 5 - 10 minutes
    5. pour into 8 x 8 x 2 baking pan
      bake 30 - 40 minutes in 350 degree oven
    6. serves 6 - 8
