    Pasta Diet

    Recipe Introduction


    This is the easiest recipe in my book.


    List of Ingredients


    • large pot
    • water (the better the better the results)
    • pasta (any kind works, but spinich is extra vitamins
    • collander
    • large bowl for serving
    • smaller bowls and two large spoons
    • a soup spoon and a fork for each
    • parmesian cheese


    Instructions


    1. Fill pot 3/4 full of good water.

    2. Put it on the stove.

    3. Heat water to boiling.

    4. Add pasta of your choice.

    5. Boil until pasta is cooked, but not overcooked.

    6. Pour pasta into the large bowl.

    7. Provide low fat parmesan cheese for personal choice of quantity.

    8. Drink a large glass of water before you begin.

    9. Enjoy!



    Final Comments


    This will leave you full, but no salt makes it healthy.
