Pasta Diet
Recipe Introduction
This is the easiest recipe in my book.
List of Ingredients
- large pot
- water (the better the better the results)
- pasta (any kind works, but spinich is extra vitamins
- collander
- large bowl for serving
- smaller bowls and two large spoons
- a soup spoon and a fork for each
- parmesian cheese
Instructions
- Fill pot 3/4 full of good water.
- Put it on the stove.
- Heat water to boiling.
- Add pasta of your choice.
- Boil until pasta is cooked, but not overcooked.
- Pour pasta into the large bowl.
- Provide low fat parmesan cheese for personal choice of quantity.
- Drink a large glass of water before you begin.
- Enjoy!
Final Comments
This will leave you full, but no salt makes it healthy.
