Brie filled Brioche Rolls
Thanks to Donna Rathmell German and all her bread machine books, these rolls are always requested for me to make when ever there is a family gathering. My husbands niece always asks me to make an additional dozen just for her.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 eggs
- 2 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3 - 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons rapid or quick yeast
- 4 - 5 ounces brie cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
- 1 egg beaten with 1 - 2 tablespoons milk for wash
Instructions
- Place all ingredient except brie and egg wash into bread machine, dough cycle.
- Remove dough from the machine upon completion of the dough cycle. Divide dough into 12 equal size pieces.
- Form each piece into a ball and stuff each one with one piece of brie cheese. Pinch ends together to seal.
- Place rolls in greased muffin cups. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes. Brush with egg wash. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 15 20 minutes.
