    Brie filled Brioche Rolls

Thanks to Donna Rathmell German and all her bread machine books, these rolls are always requested for me to make when ever there is a family gathering. My husbands niece always asks me to make an additional dozen just for her.

    List of Ingredients

    • 1/2 cup milk
    • 1/4 cup butter
    • 3 eggs
    • 2 tablespoon sugar
    • 1 teaspoon salt
    • 3 - 3 1/4 cups all purpose flour
    • 2 teaspoons rapid or quick yeast
    • 4 - 5 ounces brie cheese, cut into 1 inch cubes
    • 1 egg beaten with 1 - 2 tablespoons milk for wash

    Instructions

    1. Place all ingredient except brie and egg wash into bread machine, dough cycle.
    2. Remove dough from the machine upon completion of the dough cycle. Divide dough into 12 equal size pieces.
    3. Form each piece into a ball and stuff each one with one piece of brie cheese. Pinch ends together to seal.

    4. Place rolls in greased muffin cups. Cover and let rise for about 30 minutes. Brush with egg wash. Bake in a preheated 350 degree oven for about 15 20 minutes.
