    Ramen Cole Slaw

    List of Ingredients




    2 tablespoons vegetable oil
    3 tablespoons white wine vinegar
    2 tablespoons white sugar
    ramen noodle seasoning pack
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

    1/2 head cabbage, shredded
    5 scallions, chopped
    1 (3 ounce) package chicken flavored ramen noodles, crushed
    2 tablespoons sesame seeds
    1/4 cup sliced almonds

    Recipe



    1 Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). 2 Evenly spread sesame seeds and almonds on a baking sheet and toast for 10 minutes, or until slightly browned.
    3 Whisk together the oil, vinegar, sugar, ramen noodle spice mix and salt and pepper.
    4 In a large salad bowl, combine the cabbage, green onions and ramen noodles. Pour dressing over the cabbage and toss to coat evenly. Top with toasted sesame seeds and almonds.
    Makes 4 servings
