    Big Onions 2
    Cilantro few leaves
    Mint few leaves
    Chillies 5
    Tomatoes 2
    Ginger garlic
    paste 2 tbsps
    Rice 2cups
    water 4 cups
    Nuts & raisins (to garnish)
    Cloves 5
    Cinnamon 1 ' strip
    cardamom 3

    Recipe



    First fry the sliced onions in oil.When it becomes transparent add the sliced green chillies.Next add the spices-cinnamon,cardamom and cloves.Let it fry for some time.NExt add ginger garlic paste.After 3 mins add cilantro and mint leaves.After frying for 2 mins add tomatoa puree.Fry until the raw smell goes off and the oil starts coming out of the mixture.Now add salt and add rice+ water to this mixture.Cook the same in a rice cooker.Garnish with nuts & raisins and serve
