    Peanut Butter & Chocolate Chip Cookies

    List of Ingredients




    2 cups all-purpose flour
    2 cups white sugar
    1 1/2 cups butter
    3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 teaspoon baking soda
    1/2 teaspoon salt
    2 eggs
    1 teaspoon vanilla extract
    2 cups peanut butter chips

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).

    Melt butter and blend with sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix flour, cocoa, baking soda, and salt. Add to other ingredients gradually. Stir in peanut butter chips.

    Drop in rounded teaspoons on ungreased cookie cheet. Bake 8 to 10 minutes. (DO NOT OVERBAKE!! COOKIES WILL BE SOFT! THEY WILL PUFF WHILE BAKING AND FLATTEN WHILE COOLING!) Cool for 1 minute before placing on wire racks to cool completely.
