    Broiled Trout

    List of Ingredients




    1 trout per person, cleaned with head and tail left on
    salt and pepper
    olive oil
    thinly sliced lemons
    fresh rosemary sprigs

    Recipe



    Sprinkle the cavity of each fish with salt and pepper. Tuck one sprig rosemary into each fish. Rub or brush the outside of the fish with olive oil. Place on an oiled rack, place lemon slices over fish and broil for 5- 7 minutes. Turn fish over, place lemon slices over other side fish and broil another 5-7 minutes.
