List of Ingredients
1 cup Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs
1/3 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1 large egg, lightly beaten
2 tbs chopped fresh parsley
1 garlic clove, pressed
2 tsp Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp lime juice
1 pound fresh lump crabmeat, drained (canned will do well too)
1/4 cup butter or margarine
Instructions
Stir together first 9 ingredients; fold in crabmeat. Shape into 8 (3inch) patties.
Melt 2 tablespoons butter in a large skillet over medium heat; cook 4 crab cakes 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until golden. Drain on paper towels. Repeat with remaining 2 tablespoons butter and crab cakes. Yields 8 servings.
