Fried Halibut or Sole
List of Ingredients
2 lb Halibut or sole fillets
2 tsp Pepper
1/2 cup Oil
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
1 tsp Salt
1/4 cup Chopped parsley
1 ea Clove garlic, minced
1 ea Lemon wedges
1/2 cup Fine dry bread crumbs Recipe
Mix oil, salt, and garlic. Pour over fish and marinate 30 minutes. Mix remaining ingredients, except lemon wedges. Drain fish, reserving the marinade. Coat fish on both sides with crumb mixture. Put in greased shallow pan and drizzle with remaining marinade. Bake in extremely hot
oven (500) for 15 to 20 minutes. Garnish with lemon.
