    Cucumbers in Sour Cream

    List of Ingredients




    2 med. cucumbers, peeled & thinly sliced
    1 medium onion, thinly sliced in rings
    1 tsp salt
    1 T vinegar
    1 cup sour cream
    1 T sugar
    1/8 tsp. paprika
    1 T parsley flakes

    Recipe



    Sprinkle cucumbers and onion with small amount of salt, refrigerate.

    Combine remaining ingredients and chill. Just before serving drain cucumbers and onion, add dressing and mix lightly.
