    Beer Marinade for Beef

    List of Ingredients




    2 cans Beer
    2 tsp Salt
    1/2 Cup Olive oil
    1 tsp Cayenne pepper
    1 Tbs Wine vinegar
    1 Tbs Prepared horseradish
    1 tsp Onion powder
    2 Tbs Lemon juice
    1 tsp Garlic powder

    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients together and use as a marinade. Also use as a mop sauce during slow cooking.
