Breakfast Potatoes
List of Ingredients
BREAKFAST POTATOES
2 pounds red potatoes, diced medium
2 cups Bermuda onion, diced
2 cups green onion, diced
1 tablespoon garlic salt
1 tablespoon black pepper
1 stick butter
Recipe
Melt butter in a large skillet. When butter is hot, add onions and green peppers. Saute lightly and add potatoes. Stir vigorously. Reduce heat and cover, checking every 5 minutes until done. Season and serve.
