Japanese Vegetable Stirfry
List of Ingredients
1 pound bacon
1 large onion (Sliced)
1 cup carrots (Sliced very thin)
1/2 head cabbage (chopped)
1 zucchini (sliced thin)
Dash salt & pepper
Soy Sauce (to taste)
Recipe
In a large skillet, fry bacon until almost crisp. emove,and cut into pieces; set aside. Add carrots, zucchini and onion to skillet in bacon grease and fry for 3 minutes or until carrots are soft. Add cabbage, bacon, salt, pepper and soy sauce and mix well. Increase heat to high and stir for 5 minutes. Serve with rice. Makes 4 to 5 servings.
