Roasted Garlic Potatoes
List of Ingredients
3 tablespoons Fleischmann's margarine, or olive oil
1 pound small multicolored potatoes
6 cloves thinly sliced garlic
Salt & pepper, to taste
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400°.
Clean and slice potatoes in halves or thirds (I like yellow and purple types).
Spray buttery spray in a baking dish. Put potato slices in dish and top with slices of garlic, margarine and plenty of salt and pepper. Add a couple of tablespoons of water to dish. Cover with foil and bake about 45 minutes.
Remove foil and bake another 15 minutes to brown the tops.
