    Thai-style Chicken Garlic

    Recipe Introduction


    This dish is an easy-to-cook Thai food. Sometimes we cook this chicken and put them over warm rice and have them with a sunny-side-up fried egg. Try it!


    List of Ingredients


    • Chicken breast
    • Garlic cloves (peeled and chopped)
    • Pepper
    • Sugar
    • Fish sauce or Salt
    • Oyster sauce (optional)
    • Oil to cook


    Instructions


    1. Slice the chicken breast (lean) in to small pieces (around 1 inch long and half an inch thick) and put them in a mix bowl.

    2. Marinade chicken with a small amount of oyster sauce, fish sauce or salt, sugar, and pepper.

    3. Heat oil in pan in medium heat. When the oil is hot, put chopped garlic to fry for 5 seconds.

    4. Put in the marinaded chicken and mix well with garlic.

    5. Put sugar, salt, and pepper more to taste.

    6. Stir the chicken until it is well-cooked.

    7. Put the chicken in the plate decorated with slices of cucumber and tomato.



    Final Comments


    It's up to your taste whether you like the chicken a little sweet or salty. So, make sure you put enough salt and sugar when you cook it.
    Have it with warm Jasmine rice and fresh cut cucumber and tomato slices. A-roy! (delicious)
