    List of Ingredients




    2 pounds medium-sized russet potatoes, sliced
    ½ teaspoon granulated garlic
    ½ teaspoon kosher salt
    ¼ teaspoon cracked black pepper
    1 teaspoon rosemary
    2 tablespoons olive oil

    Recipe



    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Bake for ½ hour. Cover and bake for another hour. Serves 10-12.
