    Author's note: No, I didn't forget the flour in this one. The recipe doesn't call for any. Since this is a cookie that keeps and travels well, it's great for that quick energy snack on trips.

    List of Ingredients

    2 eggs
    1 cup chunky peanut butter
    1 cup sugar

    Recipe

    Beat the eggs. Stir in the peanut butter and sugar. Drop by small spoonfuls on ungreased cookie sheets. Bake in pre-heated 350 degree oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

    Makes approximately 2 1/2 dozen 2-inch cookies.
