    List of Ingredients




    1 box ice cream sandwiches
    1 qt whipped cream
    3 ripe bananas
    1 cup crushed nuts
    1 cup shredded coconut
    12 oz. caramel syrup
    maraschino cherries (optional)

    Recipe



    1. In a flat cake pan, place a layer of unwrapped ice cream sandwiches.
    2. Pour a thin layer of caramel syrup over the sandwiches.
    3. Spread a thin layer of whipped cream on top.
    4. Cover with a layer of sliced bananas.
    5. Sprinkle with coconut (reserve 1/4 cup for top).
    6. Sprinkle with crushed nuts (reserve 1/4 cup for top).
    7. Cover with remaining whipped cream.
    8. Top with reserved coconut and crushed nuts (optional: decorate with maraschino cherries).
    9. Cover tightly and place in freezer until ready to serve.
