    Jello Gelatin Rainbow Cake

    List of Ingredients

    1 package (2-layer size) white cake mix
    1 package (3 oz. Jello brand raspberry flavor gelatin (or any other flavor)
    1 cup boiling water
    1/2 cup cold water
    whipped topping

    Recipe

    Prepare cake mix as directed on package, baking in a well-greased and floured 13x9-inch pan at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

    Cool in pan 15 minutes; then poke with fork at 1/2-inch intervals at varying depths.

    Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water and spoon over cake in pan. Chill 3 to 4 hours.

    Top with whipped topping such as Cool Whip.
