    List of Ingredients




    Lemon Pie:
    1 1/2 cups sugar
    3 TBSP cornstarch
    3 TBSP all purpose flour
    Dash of salt
    1 1/2 cups hot water
    3 slightly beaten egg yolks
    2 TBSP butter
    1/2 tsp grated lemon peel
    1/3 cup lemon juice

    Meringue:
    3 egg whites
    1/4 tsp Cream of Tartar
    2/3 cup marshmallow cream

    Lemon Pie:
    In large cooking pan, combine sugar, cornstarch, flour, salt; mix well. Add hot water, grated lemon peel, lemon juice, then beaten egg yolk. Cook until thick. Add the 2 TBSP butter. Cool. Fill 1 baked 9" pie shell.

    Meringue:
    Beat egg whites until stiff. Add marshmallow cream, continuing to beat until the cream is incorporated thoroughly into the egg whites.

    Bake in 350 degree oven 10-15 minutes.
