    Peaches and Cream Cheese Cake

    This may also be fixed with pineapple rather than peaches.

    List of Ingredients

    Cake:
    3/4 cup all-purpose flour
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp salt
    3 1/4 oz. pkg jello pudding (kind you cook)
    3 TBSP butter or margarine, softened
    1 egg
    1/2 cup milk

    1 15 to 20 oz. can sliced peaches, well drained

    Topping:
    8 oz. softened cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    3 TBSP peach juice

    1 TBSP sugar
    1/2 tsp cinnamon

    Recipe

    In large bowl mix:
    flour
    baking powder
    salt
    pudding mix (the powder--do not fix according to package)
    butter
    egg
    milk

    Beat 2 minutes at medium speed. Pour into a greased 10 inch round cake pan. Set aside.

    Place peach slices over batter.

    Combine:
    cream cheese
    1/2 cup sugar
    peach juice

    Beat at medium speed. Spoon this over peaches within 1 inch of edge of pan.

    Combine:
    1 TBSP sugar
    cinnamon

    Sprinkle cinnamon mixture over cream cheese batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown. Best served warm. Store any leftovers, if you have any, in refrigerator.
