    Pumpkin Pie

    List of Ingredients

    For 1 pie:
    2/3 cup brown sugar
    2 rounded TBLSP Flour
    1/2 tsp salt
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1/2 tsp nutmeg
    1/4 tsp ginger
    1 large egg
    1-1/2 cup pumpkin
    1 cup milk

    For 3 pies:
    2 cups brown sugar
    6 rounded TBLSP flour
    1-1/2 tsp salt
    3 tsp cinnamon
    1-1/2 tsp nutmeg
    3/4 tsp ginger
    3 eggs
    4-1/2 cups pumpkin
    3 cups milk

    Recipe

    Mix dry ingredients in bowl (or sift together). Beat eggs in blender. Add milk and blend. Add dry ingredients and blend until well mixed in. Pour ingredients from blender into large mixing bowl and stir in pumpkin until well mixed.

    Pour into 9-inch pastry pie shell. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 minutes or until knife inserted near the middle comes out clean.
