    Chicken Dijon

    Quick and delicious main dish.

    List of Ingredients

    4 pieces boneless, skinless chicken breast
    Progresso bread crumbs

    Sauce:
    3 Tablespoons butter
    2 Tablespoons flour
    1 chicken bouillon
    1 cup cream
    2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

    Recipe

    Put chicken, one piece at a time, in a plastic bag with bread crumbs. Shake the bag to cover the chicken. Put in a casserole dish. Bake for 40 minutes at 350 degrees. After 20 minutes add the prepared sauce with the Dijon mustard.

    To make sauce:
    In a pan melt butter. Add the flour slowly to the butter. In a bowl, add the chicken bouillon to the cream; microwave 3 minutes to melt the bouillon. Add the cream/bouillon mixture to the flour/butter mixture. Stir over medium heat until the sauce begins to boil. Add the mustard. See instructions above for adding to chicken.
